Early Evening Program:

EZ8 Running

This is a fun eight-week running program geared towards women of all ages and fitness abilities. The ultimate goal is to be able to run an 8-minute mile with EASE, thus the name ... Easy Eight (EZ8).

It’s not about being a track star or an elite athlete. It's about being the best YOU can be. It’s not just about running with a group of women for an hour. It’s a lot more! You really learn how to run better and more efficiently. You will find yourself building relationships with other women who enjoy and have the same interests and goals. It’s always different and a lot of fun. The group’s average age is late twenties to early fifties. As an EZ8 runner, you will gain confidence, endurance, speed, and find your legs leaner and stronger. You don’t have to be a great runner to begin. If you are a beginner (cannot run a mile yet) you may enroll in the TRUE BEGINNER program - email us for info.

To qualify for the EZ8 program, you must only be able to run one mile without having to stop to walk ... even if your one mile is extremely     s l o w.

Myrna Saliba coaches this 8-week women's running camp in Bahrain. You will feel rewarded by running 1mile at your FASTEST speed with the group at the end of this camp. You'll also receive a finisher certificate, great EZ8 T-shirt and medal on graduation day!

EZ8 Running Details:

3 Days a week (Sat, Mon, Weds) 6pm-7pm (Intermediate/Advanced)
Women only - All Ages Welcome
Increase your speed to an 8-minute mile (for some...even faster!)
Focused Stretching / Injury Prevention
Intervals / Drills
FUN ! ! !
BD150 for 8 weeks (that’s about BD6.250 a session) Includes 1 mile participation, EZ8 T-shirt, finisher certificate and a medal on graduation day!
EZ 8 minimum (24 hrs)  150 BD  payable in advance
Participants minimum: 16 no max;   no show no refund except in serious emergency situation

*You must be able to run ONE MILE without having to stop to walk, even if your one mile is extremely s l o w. That is the only prerequisite. Your speed does not matter.
